Recorded May - November 1997 in Kelowna B.C.

Originally released on cassette by Union Pole Cassettes as UP73 (Portland, OR) and Granted Passage Cassettes as pass008 (Kelowna, BC). Re-Released on LP in 2002 as Catsup Plate Records 713 (New York, NY) with an alternate track, different cover, and some alternate track names.

Digitally restored in 2020 by Scott August and Remastered by Josh Stevenson at Otic Sound in Vancouver, BC Canada. Solvang Windmil photograph by Gary August, sometime during the 1970's.

If you are looking for the alternative Catsup Plate track, it will be included on an upcoming release of unreleased and alternate tracks.
